During the one-hour Vinyasa sessions, we try to connect our bodies, minds and souls through different breathing techniques (Pranayamas) and postures (Asanas).
After a little warm-up, the action begins and we move in sync with our inhalations and exhalations. The session will not end without the longed-for relaxation! We all rest in Savasana with a final meditation. What comes next is magic…
